- 2. Share your Story
Sharing your experiences of Parkinson’s can really help raise awareness of the different things people may need the challenges of living with Parkinson’s. Use social media to post a picture or story that has made a big difference to life with Parkinson’s using hashtag #Parkinsonsin1
- 3. Use your head
On Friday 22 April, hundreds of people at schools and workplaces are taking part in Use Your Head. Just wear something fun, smart or downright silly on your head for the day and raise money and awareness for Parkinson’s UK. If you’re on Facebook or Twitter, share your selfies with Parkinson’s UK!
