Everyone at MNC would like to congratulate Nigel who has shown great determination in regaining his mobility after having paralysis following spinal cord surgery 5 years ago and also a knee replacement more recently.
He managed to successfully climb Uwch Mynydd (his first mountain) this month. Well done.
