Course Description: A one day workshop looking at the fundamentals of how we perform reach and grasp in daily activities.
Course Aims:
To give the participants practical skills and knowledge of how they can use this to optimise their patient’s performance in day to day activities such as feeding, dressing and movement between postures.
Course number three of three, when combined these courses aim to improve the participants:
- knowledge of analysing how their clients are moving and the impact this is may be having on their functional performance in everyday activities
- To adapt their own handling to optimise their client’s movement performance
- To help them to support their clients to meet their rehabilitation goals
